MALABAR ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
A non profit motivated Agricultural Organization striving to promote Organic Agriculture in the hilly areas and within the small time farmers with small holdings in and around 4 panchayaths of the District Kannur in Kerala State in South India.
This society is presided by Mr.T.L.JAMES.A man with lots of vision about the nature and its well keeping and also about the well being of the people in and around the globe.
ABOUT OUR VISION
The Particles of life, we believe, sprang on the earth as a stream from the infinity. The biological conformities with the geological system magnetized these cosmic currents of life to the earth. Our species is the most bloomed form of this marvelous flow of life. We are the only species that could trace out, to an extent, some of the basic components of the Organic nature of the earth. We do not consider the underlying roots of our genealogical tree seriously. We, all are in the pursuit of greater pleasure and greater glee. We are fallen drowsy due to the craze for boundless excitements. Naturalists and its lovers exhort to ascend from this state of intoxication soon. They too warn the world as the late prophets of the Semitic religions. We are on the verge of an impending total destruction. A return to the organic culture is the chief remedy for this imminent doom. Biosphere is extra unique and therefore precious too. Each of its splinters of life ventures to a sublime target. To surpass their imminent death. Yes, every species of this universe is in a procession from mortality to immortality. So, everybody longs for the same objective. Nobody is superior to anybody else. Sure, each of the lives is precious. Everybody must be protected. Individualistic survival is impossible.
Success will be the NATURE'S And of LIFE. Future is OURS
Organic culture -secure culture: a major effective solution.
It is only 50 years for the transition of India from traditional agriculture to chemical culture. A small group still keeps traditional means of agriculture.
WE propagate the truth that Organic Culture is more lucrative than chemical culture. Organic Agriculture saves Nature, Bio-Sphere and there by Ourselves.
We achieved in arranging ORGANIC CERTIFICATION for 1194 small farmers for their 2618.67 Acres of land from 4 Panchayaths in Kannur District. Namely-Payyavoor, Sreekandapuram, Eruvessy and Padiyurkalyad.
